The plan is to depart from our house in Haría for a walk to the Mirador de Malpaso, returning for tea / coffee & cake afterwards.
The Walk
Arrive – 11AM
Parking available in our drive, address Calle Ángel Guerra 6 – Map Link. Bring hats, sun cream, trainers / hiking shoes and drinking water with you.
We class this walk as a moderate level because there is constant steady climb from the town centre up to this visitor attraction. The distance is approx 2.5km via the footpath which zig zags the switchback road from Haría to Teguise. The footpath is well trodden and a mixture of earth and stones underfoot. If we’ve had some early rain in the previous weeks, there may be some wild flowers in bloom.

This Visitor Centre is open from 09:00-17:00. There are two glass paved viewpoints with views to Tabayesco and Haría. It’s quite difficult to visit here due to the limited opening hours & lack of parking.

Total distance is approx 5km, we’ll be returning down along the same route.
Afterwards we will serve refreshments of tea / coffee and cake at our house in Haría.
This event is free of charge, there’s no entry fee to this viewpoint and the refreshments are on us!
