Hi Chris, get off at the Intercambiador, this is by the Cabildo (yellow building) and on the seafront by the Parque Maritimo. You can then walk past Playa del Reducto beach, you can’t miss the Gran Hotel, go to the top floor for coffee and cake. If you want the main shopping street, continue along the sea front until you get to the Castillo San Gabrielle on your right, then the pedestrian street Leon y Castillo is directly on the left. Continue on and you will reach Charco San Ginés on your left (lovely spot for tapas), and Marina Lanzarote on your right. Have fun exploring the capital.
