Not an echo chamber altogether as at least you have one reader. I’m Dutch but grew up in Germany so yes, I certainly have a bit of a strange accent and my husband is Irish. We lived in Amsterdam for most of our adult lives, but retired a bit more than a year ago and moved permanently to Lanzarote. We live in PdC, so not that far away from Puerto Calero. Once you retire and/or stay here more regularly, it might be nice for Andrea to join the Lanzarote Ladies Connected FB group, because it is a great way to get to know more ladies here for all kind of activities.
