For those of you who want to know what it’s like here now. August was a classic – hot, dry and windy. We had two calimas, with high temperatures up to mid 30’s.
The big issue here is the drought – we’ve had no real rain since October, and a very, very dry winter, so farmers are struggling, and aljibes are empty.
