Hi Judith – there’s pavement right outside the Castillo San José. One direction takes you up towards Ikea and then on the Costa Teguise, the other takes you back into Arrecife. There are some works on the pavement going towards Arrecife currently, where a cycle lane is being put in, but you can cross over to the other side.
